Danielle Dasilva

Danielle Da Silva is an internationally published photographer who edits at magazine quality and shoots primarily fashion, hip hop, celebrity and documentary photography, but she can do anything from weddings to family photo shoots to headshots.

She is also gaining momentum as a cinematographer for music videos. Although her portfolio is still growing, her eye for photography gives her videos a beautiful, cinematic style. Her experience as a dancehall choreographer, dancer, make-up artist and model make her especially unique for creating larger productions.

Danielle has been published internationally with Maxim, Exclaim magazine, UN HABITAT 2013 handbook, The Economist, Kamoy magazine, The Weeknd’s Official Site, Cream magazine, Drake’s Official Site, The Come Up Show, The Lion’s Den University, City On My Back, Cozette vintage designs, and many others. She has photographed Method Man, The Weeknd, Drake, Classified, Maestro Fresh Wes, JD Era, Emerson Brooks and Melanie Fiona, Talib Kweli & Hi-Tek, Shaun Boothe, Beenie Man, Two Crown King, DJ Scratch formerly of the Roots, and Toronto producer and MC Rich Kidd, to name a few.

Danielle has recently founded a not-for-profit organization called Photographers Without Borders, which aims to inspire the world through the art of photography while giving back to youth-empowering projects and giving talented photographers a platform to showcase and sell their work.
